The beginning of this story really started 30 years ago. Flavored sparkling water was made with 2 ingredients: carbonated water and “natural flavors”. While it sounds healthy, “natural flavors” have no singular meaning – it’s a confusing catch all phrase referring to over 3000 chemical food additives unregulated by the FDA. We believed that there was a better way and spent the last decade perfecting an alternative: Spindrift sparkling water.
