Beaver Pond Distillery Description

Nocino is an Italian liqueur made from unripe walnuts. We used our own apple spirits to steep the green walnuts, which gives it a more complex aroma than using a neutral grain spirit. Ours is lightly sweetened so the bitterness of the walnuts comes through smoothly. Think of it as amaro's cooler cousin.
