This excelent French Sauvignon Blanc from 10 - 30 year old vineyards in the Loire Valley is aromatice, bright and enticing. The wine is aged for 3 to 6 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling. This deliciously dry Sauvignon Blanc has a textured palate with flavors of citrus and green apple . In 2022, this wine won an IWC award for the 2021 vintage. Certified Organic since 2006.
