Made by our very own owner and Wine Director, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. The Cab grapes were from a highly regarded west side vineyard in Paso Robles.

The grapes were hand sorted prior to fermentation to assure only the best fruit went into the finished wine. The wine was aged for 20 months in new and used French oak barrels.

This full bodied Cabernet has a nose of black cherry which follows through on the pallet. The wine is full and rich with notes of allspice and toasted oak, with a long fruit driven finish. We hope you enjoy this nice every day cabernet.
