This Bordeaux Blanc is a blend of 70% Sémillon, 30% Sauvignon Blanc.  Vinification and aging are  in stainless steel for 5 months. The wine is pale in color and streaked with vibrant minerals and has a juicy roundness from the Semillon grapes in the bland.The combination makes for a wine that is easy pair with many dishes—from lunch fare to shellfish or enjoy it on its own before dinner. A really nice food wine like most white Bordeaux.
